Hercules Fitness is a clean, independently-owned gym that has two other locations, in Redding and Sacramento. The gym offers body pump and spin classes with membership. Members can buy an unlimited tanning pass. The gym also offers the popular Crossfit training separately. There is a whole floor upstairs dedicated to machines, including treadmills, ellipticals and weight machines. Free weights are also available. An in-house massage can be purchased as well. This gym also offers a childcare club for a day fee. Plus, a 28-day weight loss program is available.
