High School Football: Hercules and Pinole Valley Both At Home Friday Night

The Titans go for their third straight win while the Spartans seek their first victory

Hercules High and Pinole Valley High's football teams both play at home on Friday evening, but they will have different goals in mind.

Hercules High will be shooting for its third straight win when it hosts Piner High of Santa Rosa.

The Titans are now 2-1 after defeating Salesian High, 28-6, last week. They crushed Mission High, 44-0, the week before.

Piner is also 2-1 after dropping a 21-20 decision to Tamalpais High last week.

Pinole Valley High will be trying to secure its first win of the season when it takes on College Park High of Pleasant Hill.

The Spartans are 0-3 after losing 42-7 to Rancho Cotate High last week.

College Park is 1-1-1 after losing to Deer Valley High, 49-18, last week.

Both games start at 7 p.m.
