In El Cerrito, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 1513 Richmond St. was put on the market eight days ago.
The 798-square-foot house sits on less than a tenth of an acre and is listed at $360,000.
In Hercules, this five-bedroom, five-bathroom home at 1045 S. Shelter Bay was put up for sale five days ago.
The 3,170-square-foot house on an eighth of an acre is listed at $550,000.
In Pinole, this four-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 1539 Nob Hill Ave. was listed on the market six days ago.
The 1,680-square-foot house on a seventh of an acre is selling for just under $280,000.
