John Swett Unified School District Superintendent Mike McLaughlin presents on his diverse and high achieving district. The district encompasses Crockett, Rodeo, Port Costa and parts of Hercules and Martinez.

Retired Planning Director Dennis Tagashira is honored for his years of service to the city of Hercules.
