Volunteer! Pinole Seeks New Blood on Commission

The city is seeking two new members for the Community Services Commission.
Community Services Commissioner
(2 positions available-term is two years) The Community Services Commission is comprised of 7 members, who must be Pinole residents. The Commission serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council in matters pertaining to public recreation, parks, art, cultural & historical activities, public access television activities, senior & youth activities, and community services.
The Community Services Commission meets monthly on the 4th Wednesday at 5 p.m.
Application materials are available at Pinole City Hall.
Completed application and supplemental questionnaire are to be submitted to the City Clerk’s office, 2131 Pear Street, Pinole. A subcommittee of the City Council will conduct interviews and appointments will be made at a City Council meeting.
