Poll: Stay in ABAG or Get Out?
Should Pinole renew it's membership in the Association of Bay Area Governments?
As we reported on Thursday, the Pinole City Council about whether to retain its membership in the Association of Bay Area Governments.
The argument for staying in the group is that Pinole has received and could continue to receive grants through the association. The argument against is that the $4,030 annual membership fee is a waste of money because the organization ignores the needs and realities facing smaller cities like Pinole.
