Pinole City Manager's Weekly Report

Report for week ending Feb. 17

Pinole City Manager Belinda Espinosa announces that the issue of proposed new traffic signals in front of Pinole Valley High School will be discussed at Tuesday's council meeting. The council will take public testimony but will not vote on the installation of the lights until its March 6 meeting.

The report also notes that the March 6 city council agenda will include an item on a proposed stormwater fee increase by Contra Costa County. The increase will be on a ballot to be mailed to property owners on Feb. 21. At the March meeting the council will determine how the city, as a property owner, will cast its ballot.
