Oliva Puts Nautical Cove Home on the Market

Former City Manager Nelson Oliva’s home in the 100 block of Nautical Cove is on the market. lists the six-bedroom, five-bathroom home for $549,999. Real estate information website Trulia showed the house sold for $918,500 in 2007, when Oliva was hired as city manager.

Oliva received a $250,000 interest-free loan from the city to help purchase the home. The original loan agreement called for Oliva to repay the loan in full when he stopped working for the city. As part of Oliva’s package, which was agreed to by the city council in December, Oliva is not required pay it back until 2016.
