Oliva Home Sells for Over Half Million

The former city's manager's Nautical Cove home sold last month.

Former City Manager Nelson Oliva's home at 118 Nautical Cove was sold in late March for $544,500. The six bedroom/five bathroom house was listed for $549,999 (Check out pictures of the home).

Real estate information website Trulia showed the house sold for $918,500 in 2007, when after running the city's affordable housing program, Oliva was promoted to city manager.

Hercules is suing Oliva, three of his daughters, and NEO Consulting, the affordable housing consulting company Oliva founded. The claims the former city manager and his company's affiliates, claiming breach of fiduciary duty and violation of conflict of interest law.
