Final Results: Romero, Wilkins, Boulanger Win

More than 80 percent of voters favor the recall of incumbents Joanne Ward and Don Kuehne.

Hercules voters went  Tuesday and recalled City Council members Don Kuehne and Joanne Ward, replacing them with Gerard Boulanger and William Wilkins. Meanwhile, in a three-way contest to fill a vacant seat, Dan Romero came out on top.

These are final totals from the Contra Costa County Elections Office, which completed the tally Friday. (Updated on Hercules Patch at 10:20 a.m. Saturday.)
