Pinole Hercules Wastewater Joint Powers Meeting

The regular meeting of the Pinole Hercules Wastewater Joint Powers will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at noon at the City Council Chambers in Hercules.

Agenda items include discussions on a schedule for the Hercules City Council to make a decision if they are going to stay at the Pinole/Hercules plant or transport their flows to the West County Wastewater district in Richmond, a report being submitted to the Regional Water Quality Control Board, and a recommendation from staff to hire engineering services to begin the design of plant upgrades.
