Pinole Fire Department's annual Child Car Seat Check-Up Event

The Pinole Fire Department's annual Child Car Seat Check-Up Event is set for Wednesday. The free service is provided by the Fire Department and its partner group John Muir Child Safety Coalition. This year's event will take place at the Target parking lot.

First hand experience as well as national studies show that over 80 percent of child safety seats are installed incorrectly! If you, or someone you know has small children (6 years old or younger), please let them know about this opportunity to get their child safety seat checked for proper installation.
