City May Have Buyer for Sycamore North

The city has marketed the building with minimal or no low income housing units.

The Hercules City Council will discuss terms of a possible deal for the in closed session Tuesday night.

At the last council , the city's Real Property Manager Frank Fox said he expected to receive at least four offers to buy the building within two weeks.

Sycamore North, which has 40,000 square feet of retail on the ground level and three floors of residential on top, was first marketed with mostly low income housing units.
