City Council Holding Executive Session Monday
Property negotiations, performance evaluation for city manager on agenda.
The Pinole City Council and Redevelopment Agency is scheduled to hold a special closed session Monday night to evaluate the city manager, discuss potential litigation and property negotiations. The council also will confer regarding labor negotiations with unrepresented and management employees.
The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. in the Council Caucus/Community Room at city hall, 2131 Pear St. If any action is taken, the council and agency will reconvene in open session to announce it. Monday's meeting will not be televised.
The council's next regularly scheduled meeting is May 16.
