Absolutely !!

Absolutely, however, I think it is too late for them to sever the contract. Many on council said yes, sever the agreement, but zip happened with the current Counsel. Could have saved us $$$ if action had been taken. Another reason to recall Ward and Kuehne.

P.S. William Wilkins sent a letter on May 11, 2011 to Ward, DeVera, Delgado, Kuehne, Cabral and Deltorchio urging them to immediately stop all future pay and benefits to Nelson Oliva, hire the best labor relations litigation attorney they could find, sever the agreement due to his misconduct, and demand restitution of all funds paid to date on his behalf and to call the home loan due and payable. Wiliam didn't get a response to this hand delivered letter, and it was not raised or discussed in any subsequent Council meeting.

I hope this is the first issue addressed by the new council when seated in June. STOP PAYMENT and prosecute.
