Suisun City Man Committed Suicide in El Sobrante on New Years
The man was identified as Alexander Lipkins, 29, of Suisun City. He was found in the apartment's bathroom suffering from a single gunshot wound.

Sheriff's deputies have concluded that a man in El Sobrante found dead on New Year's Day died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, sheriff's spokesman Jimmy Lee said.
Deputies were called around 5:35 p.m. Tuesday to an apartment in the 4600 block of Appian Way in El Sobrante on a report of a disturbance there involving a person with a gun, Lee said.

Arriving deputies heard a shot and then located a man, later identified as Alexander Lipkins, 29, of Suisun City, inside the apartment's bathroom suffering from a single gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
