Pinole Police Log: Stolen Cars, Hotel Arrests, Home Burglaries

Here are some of the things that were keeping Pinole police officers busy last week

Some of the items from last week's Pinole police logs.

Monday, June 24

Stolen car: 
Police were notified at 9:56 a.m. that a vehicle had been stolen in the 2600 block of Lassen Way.

Tuesday, June 25

Hit-and-run: 
Police were called at 5:51 a.m. about a hit-and-run accident in the 400 block of Dohrmann Lane.

Disturbance: Police were called at 8:05 p.m. about a disturbance in the 500 block of Sunnyview Drive. The people responsible were warned about their behavior.

Wednesday, June 26

Hotel arrests: Police went to the Days Inn at 12:22 a.m. to conduct a probation search. Two of the people there were arrested for possession of brass knuckles and possession of a controlled substance. One of the suspects was also arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hit-and-run: A hit-and-run accident in the 900 block of San Pablo Avenue was reported to police at 10:11 a.m.

Loud party: Police went to a home in the 3300 block of Pinole Valley Road at 10:13 p.m. to investigate reports of a loud party. The people at the home were admonished.

Thursday, June 27

Home burglary: Police were informed at 12:17 p.m. that a home in the 2600 block of Alhambra Way had been burglarized.

Theft arrest: A suspect was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on suspicion of theft at the Target store.

Home burglary: Police were called at 11:14 p.m. to investigate a report of a residential burglary in the 500 block of Marlesta Way.

Friday, June 28

Loud party: Officers went to a home in the 700 block of Lincoln Park at 1:11 a.m. to investigate a loud party. The occupants of the house were admonished.

Fraud arrest: A suspect was arrested at 2:24 p.m. at Citibank on charges of possession of stolen property and passing a forged check.
