Pinole Police Log: Mail Theft, Marijuana Arrest, Stolen Cars
Here are some of the items from last week's Pinole Police Department log.
Monday, June 10
Mail theft: A resident in the 1400 block of Greenfield Circle reported at 9:23 a.m. that their mail had been stolen.
Car stolen: A resident in the 800 block of Rogers Way reported at 12:48 p.m. that their car had been stolen.
Tuesday, June 11
Marijuana arrest: A driver was arrested at 12:53 p.m. for possession of marijuana after their car was stopped on San Pablo Avenue near Jones Avenue.
Wednesday, June 12
Drug arrest: A driver was arrested at noon for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance after their car was stopped on Sarah Drive near Appian Way.
Stolen cars: A car was reported stolen at 1:12 p.m. on the 1800 block of Marlesta Court. Six minutes later, another vehicle was reported stolen in the 300 block of Dursey Drive.
Fireworks warning: Police cited a juvenile at 3:14 p.m. for setting off fireworks with friends near Best Buy.
Target arrests: Two people were arrested at Target at 4:29 p.m. on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy.
Thursday, June 13
Hit-and-run accident: A hit-and-run accident was reported at 10:09 a.m. in the 1300 block of Pinole Valley Road.
Friday, June 14
Home burglary: A resident on the 1100 block of Nob Hill informed police at 5:11 p.m. that their home had been burglarized.
Stolen car: At 6:11 p.m., a car was reported stolen on the 1100 block of Kildare Way.
Home burglary: At 10:16 p.m., a home burglary was reported in the 1100 block of Tara Hills Drive.
