Man Arrested On Charges Of Molesting Boy In Target Store

The 32-year-old man is also accused of taking video of the boy's feet

A man was arrested at the Target store in Pinole on charges he molested a 9-year-old boy and took video of his feet, according to a story in the Contra Costa Times.

Police say 32-year-old Gregory Houchins lured the child to an aisle in the store's video game section on Aug. 13 and convinced him to take off his shoes and socks, the Times reported.

While taking video of the boy's feet, Houchins forced the boy to touch his genitalia, police said.

Houchins then took the boy into a bathroom stall and showed him his underwear, police said.

The boy ran out of the stall and found his parents. Police were called, but the suspect had left the store.

Houchins was arrested when he returned to Target two days later and was recognized by employees, the Times reported.

Houchins, an employee at Burlington Coat Factory in Pinole, is in jail on $5 million bail.
