Hercules Residents Arrested After Victims Found Bound-and-Gagged in SF Street

Two Hercules residents were allegedly among those who bound and gagged two victims in the middle of a San Francisco street Sunday night. 

The suspects from Hercules include Tyler Miller, 19, and Heather Leach, 24. Get the full, story on the San Jose Mercury News. 

Police would not say what led them to a home in Hercules, where they made contact with residents and took them to San Francisco for questioning. They did confirm that the victims and the suspects had "well-established relationships."

One of the victims, 26-year-old Stephen Reid, had also been shot and beaten, accoridng to the Mercury News. He died after being taken to the hospital.
