The Hercules Police Department selected and wrote the following police blotter items.

She stated today checked her B of A checking account online and saw someone had made numerous fraudulent cash withdraws, at the Hercules branch.  On 1/11/14, she made a deposit, at the ATM, and remembered feeling uncomfortable because the man, at the machine next to her, was standing very close to her and her ATM machine. She completed her transaction at 2:20 p.m. and the fraudulent cash withdraw occurred at 2:21 p.m. It appears the suspect was able to gain access to her machine before her transaction was fully completed. She described the suspect as a light skinned African American male, 20-30yrs old, over 6’ tall, slim build, had short wavy hair, and was wearing blue jeans with gold embroidery on the rear pockets, and a puffy navy blue jacket. The investigation is continuing.
