A commenter recently posted the following "If you support BART in Hercules you will need to reconsider your support of Safeway, at least in the way that Safeway has presented and the way the Council seems to support." I want BART in Hercules. The American economy will never be what it once was, so relying on costly automobiles is even less of an option. Traffic and lack of parking are also becoming a problem for Hercules. BART for Hercules is a no brainer. If Safeway is an obstacle to us having BART, we need to learn more about this.
