Details are scarce on this home. Built in 2003, the 2,845 square-foot home features four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It's listed as a single-family home and is nestled in the Central Waterfront area of Hercules, just about a mile from the San Pablo Bay Regional Park.

The home has been on the market for 153 days as of Monday, according to the listing.

This information is wrong. This home was sold over two months ago and the new family has been in it for a while. At $450k It was a really good deal, beautiful upgrades on a house that were done by the previous owner. The original price in 2003 was in the $700k range, not including the upgrades, and pushed $1M in 2007. I would love to have bought it at the price. The new owners should really be loving it. Great neighborhood that may on day be a great location too.

Not true at all in that area. Don't confuse that part of the Promenade with Victoria by the Bay; better known as "cancer by the Bay". DA
