Yes, other name for this corporation is "Hercules Community Tennis Foundation," or "HCTF." Currently, we do business under two different titles, and each has own abbreviated title, such as "HPCTF" and "HCTF." In copyright law, if someone takes your business title, the penalty is so heavy that someone can be sent to prison for stealing your business in addition to the monetary damages over $1 million each offense. I say this in public, because of the pending legal claim against the people who kept my Certificates and refused to return them to the owners on record and most hilarious incident is that they appeared to have attempted to apply for federal grants out of my project with three DUNS numbers. Go figure! This is something I've not expected to experience such a crime by the politicking local people. Ask questions to share this painful experience that we have.
