EBSD Year Round Membership

The City of Hercules East Bay Silver Dolphins is a USA swimming team that practices & competes year-round! The team & coaches are dedicated to fostering a positive and challenging environment for athlete growth in the East Bay! Swimmers will have fun while improving their skills, sportsmanship, and self-esteem. Each dolphin is coached by ASCA certified coaches, competes and participates in year-round team events. Trainings: swimmers work on stroke technique, conditioning skills, goal setting, teamwork and discipline in a safe, fun environment that values every swimmer. Life skills: EBSD believes that while swimming is fun and great exercise, it also teaches important life skills such as self-motivation, the importance of hard work and dedication, setting and obtaining personal goals, and time management. Team: each swimmer is an important part of the team. They learn to have fun together and provide encouragement and motivation for their teammates.
Pre-requisite: swimmer must have a level 2 swimming experience before joining the swim team.
FREE 1 week trail for Intermediate and Advanced swimmers.
