Power Outage Hits About 3,000 Customers in Pinole

PG&E crews still working to restore power in PInole.

A power outage that began around 8 a.m. Saturday affected about 3,000 customers when a line went down on Sunnyview Drive in nearby Pinole, a PG&E crewman said.

About an hour later, power had been restored to about two-thirds of those customers, and crews were working to turn the juice back on for the rest. There is not an estimate for when the remaining customers will have power turned back on.
