At 3101 Garrity Way in Richmond, Chevys Fresh Mex may be a classic go-to joint for complimentary chips and tangy salsa, warm tortillas made fresh from "El Machino" and the infamous birthday song, hat and foot tap, but those who pray for the work clock to turn to 5 can move the cucaracha up a few hours.

A fast-paced, fun environment where the music envelopes your eardrums and excitement fills your veins is what is expected upon entering this spicy local spot.
