The Thai restaurant, Sala, is no longer in the Hercules Civic Arts Building, but the San Jose Mercury News reports that interest in the space appears to be quite high.

According to the Mercury News:
The broker for the city-owned Civic Arts building ... says she is surprised at the high level of interest from prospective tenants. [The broker] said she has two letters of interest from among a collection of interested parties that includes startups as well as established restaurateurs.
