El Sobrante Woman Killed in Crash
Joanne Fellows-Martin was killed in a crash along Highway 4 near Concord.

A driver killed in a crash off of state Highway 4 near Concord on Monday has been identified as 62-year-old Joanne Fellows-Martin, of El Sobrante, a Contra Costa County coroner's deputy said.
Fellows-Martin was found in a white van discovered 100 feet off of the roadway along Highway 4 near Willow Pass Road in Concord, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The van was on its side when it was found at about 5:25 p.m. The coroner's office was called to the scene a short time later, according to the CHP.
Further information about the crash was not immediately available today.
