Pie Crust 101

Is pie crust the impossible chore that sends you to the store for refrigerated crust or fully made pie? This class teaches how to make the "perfect" pie crusts that lead to delicious fruit pies and quiches. Students bring pie plates, rolling pins and small, 1-quart mixing bowls. Students will make and bake a crust and pie crust cookies; then leave with crusts ready to fill. Recipes will be presented too. Instructor Kim Billingsley. 18 years and older.
