STORM OUTAGE UPDATE: 50 Without Power in Pinole, PG&E Crews Respond

The outages in Pinole were reported just before 1 p.m., a utility spokeswoman said.

An estimated 50 customers were reported without power due to storm-related outages in Pinole shortly after 1 p.m. Friday, a utility spokeswoman said.

There were no outages reported in Hercules, Fiona Chan of Pacific Gas & Electric said in a phone interview.

The outages occurred just before 1 p.m., and crews on route, Chan said. They were expected to work as quickly and as safely as possible to restore service to those without power, Chan said.

Wet, cool conditions were expected to continue in Pinole and Hercules through Sunday evening, with a chance of clearing by Monday, according to forecasters with the National Weather Service.
