2 Meth Pipes & Stolen Mail Found During Hercules Traffic Stop

36 year old Jamilliah Monroe, of Vallejo, was found to have an outstanding Felony No Bail Warrant for a Probation Violation.

An officer made a traffic stop on Willow Ave. at 10:40 p.m. Wednesday and determined that the driver had a suspended license -- for which he received a violation. The stop revealed more information, however, when the officer addressed the right-front passenger, who initially gave a fake name to the officer, according to Herucles Police Department:

This passenger also tossed a small black bag, containing two Meth pipes, out the window when the traffic stop was initiated.  The subject’s true California Driver’s License was found inside her purse.  36 year old Jamilliah Monroe, of Vallejo, was found to have an outstanding Felony No Bail Warrant for a Probation Violation; and she is on formal searchable felony probation.  A further search of the purse revealed stolen mail taken from the 300 block of Lilac Circle.  The resident at the Lilac Circle address was contacted and stated he didn’t know Monroe nor did she have permission to have his mail. Monroe was arrested for False Information to a Police Officer; Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia; Possession of Stolen Property; and Violation of Probation.  Monroe was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
